Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our freshly prepared meals, we are unable to accept returns of food products once delivered. All meals are prepared fresh and chilled — they cannot be resold or restocked once dispatched.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number or name
  • A clear photo of the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect meal, etc.)
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement meal on your next delivery or a full refund for the affected item(s).

3. Missing Items

If any meals are missing from your delivery, contact us within 24 hours. We will verify the order and arrange a replacement or refund for the missing item(s).

4. Quality Concerns

We take food quality seriously. If you are unhappy with the quality of a meal, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description. We handle quality complaints on a case-by-case basis and will always try to make it right.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the production day:

  • Tuesday delivery: Cancel by Saturday 6:00 PM
  • Friday delivery: Cancel by Wednesday 6:00 PM

Cancellations made after these deadlines cannot be refunded, as ingredients will already have been purchased and preparation will have begun.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Alternatively, we can offer credit towards your next order.

7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

While we clearly label allergens and offer Halal and Gluten-Free options, our kitchen handles multiple allergens. If you have a severe allergy, it is your responsibility to check the ingredients before consuming. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on allergen information that was clearly provided on the packaging and website.

8. Delivery Issues

If your delivery does not arrive, or arrives significantly late and the cold chain has been compromised, please contact us immediately. We will work with our courier partner to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
