1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lean Lunch Co website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. The minimum order is 4 meals per delivery. Orders must be placed by Sunday 6pm for Tuesday delivery, or Wednesday 6pm for Friday delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Breakfast meals are priced at £4.00 each, lunch meals at £5.50 each, and dinner meals at £7.00 each. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location within Scotland. Payment is processed via myPOS. Payment details will be sent to your email after order confirmation.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Scotland on Tuesdays and Fridays. Meals are delivered chilled via temperature-controlled courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
5. Food Safety & Storage
All meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and stored at 4°C or below. Meals are fresh for up to 4 days from delivery. We hold all necessary food safety certifications and follow full HACCP procedures. No preservatives or artificial flavourings are used.
6. Allergens & Dietary Information
Allergen information is provided on each meal label. While we offer Halal and Gluten-Free options, our kitchen handles multiple allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering. Nutritional information (macros, calories) is provided as a guide and may vary slightly.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the production day (Monday for Tuesday delivery, Thursday for Friday delivery). Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and recipes, is the property of Leanlunchco Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lean Lunch Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order. We hold public liability insurance for food production, delivery, and business operations.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
